TRUE  HARMONY,  HARMONY,  PSEUDO-HARMONY,  DISHARMONY,  CHAOS

True perfect harmony is
a stable integrity,
a genuine, real, exact harmony,
corresponding to the truth and containing the truth
.

Harmony is
a precise order, unity,
consistency, balance as a whole,
the fusion of various components of an object
into a single organic whole in such a way
that a single, integral object
with identical properties is formed.

Pseudoharmony is an apparent balance,
an illusion of unity and order,

an external semblance of harmony
without its essence,

inconsistency between parts of the system,
resistance to any changes.

Disharmony is a lack of balance and unity,
a violation of coherence,

a loss of balance between parts of a whole,
internal contradiction and discord,
a state preceding the transition to chaos.

Chaos is complete disorder, confusion.

Chaotic  disorder, inconsistency, contradiction.

Harmony and disharmony are different degrees of consistency between the elements of the system.

Harmony is the proportionality and consistency of the parts of
a whole, their fusion into one organic unity
.
Disharmony is a violation of the coherence and proportionality of
the parts of the whole, the path to self-destruction.

A harmonious system can be destroyed by external factors, internal failures or imbalance of elements.
When harmony is violated, the system loses its vitality, ability to adapt, self-regulate and self-recover.
A disharmonious system is unstable, since the unity and consistency of its elements is violated.
All processes proceed in a disjointed manner, without coherence and predictability.

MAN:  TRUE HARMONY,  HARMONY,  PSEUDO-HARMONY,  DISHARMONY,  CHAOS

Understanding the subtle differences between the various manifestations of harmony
will help people to correctly assess the degree of balance and unity between the components of their essence,
and to assess the degree of development of their dignity
.

Sustainable harmony of the entire spiritual and material nature, and not just the organism, is the true impeccable harmony of man.
It determines the stability, completeness and completeness of the development of the entire system,
ensures the full manifestation of self-regulation and self-healing and, consequently,
good health, active longevity, stability and success in life.

When achieving true harmony, a person lives without contradictions in the soul, in harmony with himself and the world,
has high stress resistance, is not subject to depression, has the ability to create and generate ideas.

Key manifestations of human harmony:
balance between different aspects of life, clear goals and values,
inner peace and balance, ability to adapt,
self-respect, ability to forgive yourself and others for mistakes and offenses,
sense of responsibility for your actions and their consequences,
harmony with yourself and the people around you, nature,
harmony in creativity and spiritual life,
care for your health, openness to new experiences.

Economic crises,
natural disasters,
social instability,
problems in work and personal life,
uncertainty about the future and other problems
can cause imbalance and instability
in maintaining harmony, disruptions
in various areas of people's lives.

People often understand harmony as all-round development (physical, mental, spiritual, intellectual, etc.).
However, such a multifaceted development of personality is pseudo-harmony – an imaginary, unreal harmony,
in which the connection between elements is formal, integrity is illusory,
and internal contradictions are hidden behind the external ostentatious unity and visible well-being.
The effect of pseudo-harmony is usually short-lived and does not stand the test of time.
Manifestations of pseudo-harmony:
suppression of emotions, pretense and hypocrisy, discrepancy between words and actions, formal observance of norms and rules,
dependence on external factors to maintain the appearance of harmony, ignoring personal needs and values

Human disharmony is the inability to achieve balance and harmony between different aspects of one's life,
emotional instability, internal tension, stress, anxiety,
increased irritability, negative thinking and pessimism, inability to be creative,
difficulty making decisions, closedness to new ideas and changes,
frequent mood swings, problems in relationships with others, frequent conflicts,
inconsistency between work and personal life,
neglect of one's physical and mental health,
excessive attachment to people, things, lifestyle,
low self-esteem, a feeling of emptiness, lack of goals and meaning in life,
a constant feeling of dissatisfaction, hopelessness,
disappointment in oneself and one's life, apathy, depression.

Chaotic behavior in a person is the absence of visible order, loss of control over different areas of life.
It manifests itself in various aspects of people's lives:
unpredictability of actions and decisions, lack of composure and disorganization, emotional instability,
inconsistency in interests and goals, problems with planning and goal setting,
a tendency to impulsive purchases and decisions, difficulties in maintaining a daily routine.

People's misunderstanding of the concept of harmony arises from a lack of information about human nature and
the distorted popularization of this concept in society.
